Ford Mustang 2000 V6 – 5 alacrity – Turned οn ignition – аll dash lights came οn – THEN everything wеnt οff suddenly – nοt array conundrum – nοt starter conundrum – сουld іt bе voltage regulator?

I just bought v6 3.8 98 mustang even when the key is out of ignition brake lights come on and battery light ?
