You would just have to buy a hi-flow catted h-pipe.

you wont be able to get the complete sound like an o/r h-pipe because you will always have the cats there to restrict airflow.

Your other choice is to keep your stock h-pipe and buy an o/r h-pipe and when it comes to inspection just swap back to the stock h and when you pass switch back. Yea its a pain but atleast you pass..

Any quality cat-back kit will give you that “Mustang Growl”. Borla, Bassani, and Flowmaster are just a few who make kits for Mustangs. Try Auto Whatever thing at http://www.autoanything.com. They have excellent charts to match your vehicle to the right exhaust kit.
