I have an 04 gt mustang,I found a 04 cobra engine.Should i swapthe entire engine or parts 2 turn my gt a cobra

Both engines аrе complete..whаt wουld bе more effective considering mу gt іѕ a 5 spd аnd thе cobra’s a 6 alacrity..whаt еlѕе wουld i hаνе tο dο tο mаkе thе switch аnd whісh wουld bе thе cheaper сhοісе.
you would have to change the transmission, cooling system and exhaust for sure. Outside of that I am not familiar enough to say, but i would not do it.
You know, Dont Find a engien, buy one. buy a new one that has 500 houre power and get a paint job
As Far As Cheapest Im Not Sure But It Would Be Mych Simpler To Just Transfer The Originia Motor And Tranny Collectively As One Unit Cause If Im not Mistaken The Cobra Has A Shorter Drive Shaft As Well As Different Engine Mounts And Computer ,Sensors, etc….Look At Some Automotive Forums Maybe Youll Find What Your Lookin For Gl And I Hope You Get It Fixed I Like Seein A Nice Stang Roll By There Awsome Cars.
either u buy the cobra or you dont. you cant convert a stock car(these days) into the zoom. maybe if your car was an 84′…really, do you know any mechanic that well?
Why don’t you place a supercharger in your car?
I would say get a roots style supercharger (kenne bell). The cobra is a sweet car, but it will ride a small more harsh because of the tuned suspension. Your GT could make more horsepower than a stock cobra.
It will take more than a engine to make a Cobra, but the engine and 6 alacrity would be a nice start. Shortly you can work on the suspension and brakes, of course that still won’t make it a real SVT Cobra, that’s in the serial number..
It would be worth putting th cobra engine in.
