why don’t you find one of the many F-body forums and question persons guys?

I would imagine on cars that are modded as frequently as persons they will be able to go into fantastic detail as far as power/tq/drivability as it relates to about any mod.

As a general rule of thumb, dual exhaust will add close to 15 HO. The under drive gears should add 5+ HP. Use the best plugs (platinum for model), because they can give a few extra HP. It’s hard to say how much quicker you will be, but I would guess maybe 5-8 tenths of a sec. (depending on what your alacrity is now). Don’t forget a excellent grade of synthetic oil, excellent gas (if you can find some), and a clean cooling system to keep the temps down.

These exhaust changes might add a few bhp but not many. To gain whatever thing useful you need to work on the valve timing lift and overlap and the porting so a new cam probably. And then some remapping to get the fuelling up to these changes.
