Hello, i аm wondering i hаνе a spare 1100 dollars i wіll bе spending οn mу 2004 mustang gt 4.6L. I wаѕ wondering whаt i ѕhουld bυу i already hаνе full exhaust system. I аm buying thе rear еnd gears “3.73s” bυt i wаѕ wondering іf i ѕhουld bυу thе DiabloSport Predator Mustang Tuner аnd thе сοld air intake οr whаt ѕhουld i dο thanks.

When you change the gears, the speedo will need to be corrected, and I reckon the Diablo can do that…
when you get persons gears installed, take your car to a shop with a dyno and get it tuned. they’ll have you buy a hand held tuner anyway but you’ll need to get the car tuned. you can also check out bamachips.com for a tuner and to see if they have any tune files for your car. the guy from bamachips is a real expert. also if you don’t already have one, get an intake. hope this helped!
You should certainly invest in a tuner, it will allow you to adjust your speedometer for the 3.73s as well as any future mods you may get. A cold-air intake would also be a excellent buy as well. This Steeda intake would be an awesome upgrade for your Stang:

A throttle body would also be a excellent upgrade. Since you don’t have any major modifications done, a 70mm like this Accufab would be perfect:
