Right. I reckon it’s just the factory tune. Sometimes they just give you odd numbers. Having privileged torque on my 5.0 stock was certainly? odd but very excellent to have.

Ford didn’t underrate? the 1999-2004 Mustang GT’s. Rated at 260HP, they place about 220-230HP to the wheels. Weak sauce…

@gt201250 yoir right Ford has underated hp numbers for years. to? escape high insurances and gas guzzler taxes. my 06 gt made 292 rwhp and 330 foot pounds of toruqe. stock. and thete rated at 300. like you said guess i got one of the better ones. thays what i said after it dynoed lol

Sorry man, but there is no way for that engine? to make more torque than horsepower. It’s just not in the design. Your car may have been dynoed in 4th gear. That would clarify the skewed figures.
I talked to someone about it the other day. He thinks it has something to do with the factory tune, which makes sense. It just happened to get me a lot of? torque. Certainly not a terrible thing.

That’s a odd torque for? either the 2011 or 2012. I’ve never seen, in person, a N/A coyote Mustang make more torque that HP.
Are persons cars getting tuned after installing the parts or? is it a bolt it run it test? that makes a huge difference!

It’s far from impossible. Each car is different and Ford has under rated? numbers for a while. Others have up to 380′s in HP rwhp stock. Some are just freaks. My dyno was in 5th gear and had 3 runs. I was surprised myself. It’s just a freak.
What? gear did they do it in because the car only has 390 ft/lbs stock so your numbers would be impossible.
