I can pull about 80-85 in second, but I also have a 4 alacrity auto with 3.23 gears. He has a 6 alacrity, so automatically the speeds will be lower in every low gear, not to bring up the high 4.10 gearing. You have no thought what you’re talking about, just leave.
@Rexlyification You are a child. Stock GTP here in Phoenix, AZ went 15.1 @ 93 mph which I thought was pretty excellent. I watched the car and rode in it. My friend’s stone stock ’98 Z28 6 alacrity went 13.55? @ 102 mph at the same track. That’s 9 mph quicker than a GTP stock for stock, HUGE difference.
in other words u can hit 90mph in second gear but take 11-13secs, when this car takes around 9 secs to get to 90 which is not terrible at all in third? gear, then ur car is useless, when talking about alacrity and gears and engines… if u dont know wat gear ratio and throbbin trans is, then stop putting comments that make u look obtuse

Alacrity in a certain gear has to? with transmission gearing. With a supercharger, you’ll usually run a small bit taller gears to hold high boost longer. Now that I have 4.10′s I can only do like 70 in second, but the mechanical advantage is much greater. Sounds to me like your just another kid that has no clue what you are talking about.

Place some work into your car, tune it, maybe different headers? THEN post a video. In anticipation of then, it’s on par with a family car.
yes, because 98 was the only year LS1 that had a working? temp gauge. After that, they became dummy gauges that only show an overheating condition. So if the temp is 210 or lower,,, the needle will sit there.
4.10 gears will not place you even close to the redline at 165 mph. Do the math. You will turn about 4600 rpm in 6th with 4.10s at 160 (w/6 alacrity). That’s about at my torque peak, so it should pull right there, and it does. Heads vary in stock form too. Stock ’98 806 heads flow a small worse than the shortly heads. They just do for some reason. 241′s supposedly had a better casting design so the heads were more regular and the ports were a small more cleaned up? than earlier heads.
